Aggie Agnieszka Baumert is the founder of Baumert Law and a skilled family law attorney.

Legal Experience
Before establishing Baumert Law, Aggie gained significant experience at a family law firm, where she managed numerous cases both in and out of court.
Her legal expertise is further strengthened by her time serving as a judicial extern to two federal judges—the Honorable John W. Darrah and the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras—at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
She also externed for the Honorable Thomas L. Kilbride at the Illinois Supreme Court.
Aggie’s experience extends to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she defended the county in state and federal court.
During her time in the Civil Actions Bureau, Aggie had the unique opportunity to draft a Seventh Circuit Amicus Curiae brief for the Director of Special Litigation. In the Municipal Division, she successfully argued and won misdemeanor bench trials. Additionally, her work in the Criminal Appeals Section involved researching and drafting appellate briefs for the Illinois Appellate Court.
